internatonal 914

im looking for a combine and found a international 914 pull combine. can anyone tell me any info , good ,bad , horse power, what to check for. thanks

The 914 was the pull type version of the 915. You will want 120+ hp. The 915 had about 130 HP but the hydrostatic drive would use a lot of HP. The 914 weighs in around 10,000 lbs with an empty hopper.

They were made 1970-1979.

It depends too on how hilly your ground is.Level going lots of guys in our area used a hydro 100. Dad had a 1066 hydro for years on it,that was a good match.you get any more than 130hp + it will throw grain out the back.They do a good job,easy to set,not really any bad points.
