Finally about finished with my Farmall C project. It's about 97% just down to the small stuff now. It's been a long road, but mainly because I took about 4 months off from working on it.

BE-UTIFUL job. Hope my 200 looks that good one day.

How about a closeup picture of the 3-point top link anchor ?

Thanks guys!!

(quoted from post at 03:12:05 03/18/11) Looks great, exactly right. What sort of rear rim paint? I want the same color.

I used a Rustoleum Silver in a jar, from my local hardware store, that I just brushed on. I've done most of my restorations with this paint on the rims, and like it better than the Valspar silver that I've sprayed on in the past.

Thanks brotha. I actually plan to put this three point onto my Super C..since it doesn't have a fast hitch, but when I do I will get some good pictures of the three point as well. It's homemade by the previous owner of the C, and the welds aren't the best looking, but it's strong and works well.

Looks great. The rims look awesome. I have seen a lot of restoration jobs where the person did a really crummy job on the rims. But looks like you did a good job.

; Thanks for sharing. Positioning yourself at an angle for the photos really shows the tractor off more than a straight-on photo and the photos with the low, 'sweet light' lets the viewer see far more detail in the otherwise shaded areas. An overcast day is great for still life photos like this. Now if you could get some 'sweet light' and your girlfriend to pose and put that cute outhouse in the background...yup, I was admiring that structure. Had one and sold it; mine was white. Looks like good rubber, straight sheet metal; I also thought the rims really stood out. I like it, ya done did good. Enjoy it!
