Axle mount duals

I found a set of duals for my 806, but do they need to be offset all the way to the inside so I get enough space between the tires. I found a set from a 1066 and the hubs from another 806. Was there different offsets on these 38 in. rims? Maybe I have to reweld the centers all the way to the inside, the ones I found are like 3 inches from the inside. Thanks

I am not familiar with the 806, but in 30 inch rows, the required 60 inch spacing for the inside wheels may not be obtainable. The 90 inch spacing with the duals is easier to come by, but unless you can get the inner tires at 60 inches center to center, it is immaterial.

Already have the inside tires running dead center between the rows, been planting with this tractor for 5 years with clamp on duals. I have repainted it and found a set of axle mounts which are better for me, because it won't be so hard on my axle clamps/bolts.

It should be fairly easy to figure out with a tape measure and some thinking.
You know how much room you have for them to mount on the axle. You also know your offset and therefore your center of tire. It only takes math from there.

Then there shouldn't be a problem. I assume your inner wheels are dished in, the outer ones will be out, and particularly if they have double bevel rims should easily reach 90 inches. Biggest tractor I have is a 460, without the double bevel rims (which it has), I believe the maximum tread width would be 88 inches.
