Just had the head redone at the shop. Got her torgued done. What is my next step? How and when do I adjust the valves?

The valve lash for the 6 cylinder engine is .027 with the engine warm. Warm is explained as anything above freezing yet cool enought that you do not burn yourself if you accidently touch your arm on the exhaust manifold. good luck
