Anything not to common in your collection

I think it would be fun to ask what everyone has that probably not many others have. I've got a F14 with the hydraulic lift and the plow that goes with it. I'm thinking not many of those plows still around.

I am putting together a 4 digit Farmall A complete with shutters, dual fuel manifold and carb, starting tank, temp guage, and Duetz fasteners on the hood. Will be a unique and relatively rare bird when done.

These came from the factory gasoline only, and the distillate setup was an option from the dealer.

Now if I can just find a solid front axle, as the early ones came that way, and the adjustable front was also an option.

I've got a high crop M which is a reversed cotton picker. That is
it has the cotton picker gear reduction finals but the ring gear
has been reversed to the opposite side of the pinion so the tractor runs forward normally. It has the tall 7:50-20 single front. Tall tractor with additional gear reduction was used for launching boats on the coast. Not pretty but it is currently for sale.

We have a F12 with the lift , have a IH cork screw type cultipacker still has the blue paint on it .w400 and w450 both gas

I have a 230 that has a Touch Control(C casting code) instead of a Hydro-Touch. Don't know how common it was, but it's still the only one I've seen.

I've got a little 424 diesel utility that is about as scarce as hen's teeth up here in wheatland country, although pretty common to some of you guys in the warm South!

I also have restored a F14 with the hydraulic lift. It also is a distillate tractor with a Heisler overdrive. I bought a mounted two way, hydraulic lift plow for it which I have yet to restore. I also have a hydraulic lift, mounted sickle bar mower for it which also needs restored. I am in Ohio. The tractor came from Thief River Falls, Minnesota, the plow from New York City, and the mower from Salina, Kansas. I bought the lift at the Red Power Roundup in Mansfield, Ohio and the fenders came from the King auction in Indiana. I will probably keep this tractor forever because I have WAY too much money in it but it has been great fun so far.

1939 WD40 and 1967 105 ihc combine, original cond.

W-400 diesel. This is the early version that did not have the "W" in its designation. Also have the earliest O-4 that is known. It has the light front end and wish bone that was changed to the heavier front end at about S/N 1850. I-4 with duals, Trojan Dozer blade and a cab. And also have a 1950 cub that as best I can describe as a vineyard or orchard. The right wheels are pulled in next to the seat post. The right brake pedal is in front of the right tire and has a fender that covers the right side tire so you don't catch your cloths or shoes in the tread.

I have a 1953 Super C with the FH and factory IH loader. I have seen three or four loaders like mine.

Not all that rare but I have a 1951 Farmall MD and a restored 1951 Farmall MCH (reverse operation cotton picker)...

A Super HV with all matching casting numbers and it one of the next inline for restortation after the Super MV

very high serial number f-20 sn 148xxx with electric start, generator, and factory road gear. Also a very low serial number M, one of the first 30 that I have aquired just about all the rare and hard to find parts for. Both are 1939's

wow on the consective serial numbered M's. If you show them, must be a bugger to haul both to shows...........

I got a 1948 International I-4 with the heavy front end that came out of a local rail yard. Needs a few things but runs ok.

Charlie, On the F-14, I have one with a coat front loader, one with electric start and K code 9.75 rear, one with hydraulic lift 2 way plows, one with full set of #215 culitvators, An F-12 with # 12 sickyel bar mower, and 33' F-12 with #90 mounted trip plow. all in working condition. oldiron29

F-20 with hyd pump, Avery V with cultivators, Farmall H with M & W clutch,Topeka Hiway Mower, some other green and red stuff.

Got a 1945 AV that has all the matching numbers still and it has the horizontal exhaust lift. Also anything the wife lets me buy anymore is pretty rare. Allan.

I believe this 1940 Ih field cultivator is somewhat rare around here. It is missing some shanks (still looking for them). I have only found one place on the internet that has a pic.

Sort of an oddball, early Regular with round gov, multi-disk clutch, flat break handle, two bolt carb and sideways pipe exhaust.

Neat! I have a very late 4 digit A in pieces right now. Hope to finally get the engine back together this spring. It's a straight gasser though, and the block has been replaced at some point with a '42 casting code block with no serial number.

Al

I guess "rare" is in the eye of the beholder but my two most unusual pieces are a late McCormick 52R combine with a Cub combine engine on it (serial 580) and a Farmall Super A-1.

I have a 37 F20N with the non ajustable wide front axel and a 37 F12 with wide front, 90 plow and overdive transmission.

I have a 1934 F-20 with the TA prefix, one of 661 made. The engine, frame and tag all match numbers #135548. It is in original condition with steel wheels. It doesn't have much in the way of options other than for the right side hand brake lever. BT

I have a 1948 Farmall H with a Farmhand hay stacker on it. Stacker has all metal teeth. The stacker was put on tractor when original owner bought outfit new. Took the stacker off and will probably sell it someday.

I have one of those cultivators, but mine has 3 rows of tines, it has a trip clutch on both wheels. Kinda of a neat piece.

I have a 560 High Crop "Trac Paver" paving machine. Tractor has a little over 400 hours showing on the tach- and its for sale.

That paver sounds like something I might have bought 20-30 years ago. I have too much stuff now. Be nice to see some pictures.

I wasn't going to add to this thread because most know that I have a 4x4 660 and some Electrals.

But I never mentioned my Bay City 3/4 swing shovel/backhoe on tracks. It can be set up either way depending on what boom is attached. The power unit is a 10-20 minus the front bolster and rear wheels. Sprockets replace the wheels and a pair chains drive the tracks. I ran it once and I figure I am lucky to be alive. Lots of exposed gears, hoist drums, sheaves, and cables. It's for sale in Eastern MA. I think it was built in 1932 but that basic design made it into the '50's until hydraulics were perfected.

In October I purchased from Wisc. Surplus a Farmall C with rotary broom because the unit is very unique. A grounds crew fellow fabricated the steering, seat, brush guard, framework, etc. for the rear-mounted rotary broom. The rear tires are reversed and the tractor 'steers and drives forward' in reverse. Thanks for the interesting post.
