Snapped a couple cell phone pictures of my newish 1952 Farmall Super C today. So far I really like it..just been paitently/anxiously waiting for some warmer weather around here so I can play with it a bit. Nothing fancy, but you get the idea. Going to try to get a walk around video tomorrow!

looks good, have a 230 that about the same, just put on the ear muffs and go for a spin, you aready have factory snow tires.

I see nothing wrong with it,It definitely makes you happy and best of all it's getting used, not scrapped.AND BETTER THAN THAT "IT'S RED" LOL
Thanks for the photos, next time try to get some with green grass, up here we're tired of looking at the white snow.LOL
You have something to be proud of.
Regards
LOU & VICTOR

The old girl looks pretty good. I've cultivated a lot of tobacco on a tractor just like that. I'm waiting for the warmer weather myself. Soon buddy...soon.

(quoted from post at 06:42:48 03/04/11) I have always liked the super Cs alot. It looks like you picked up a pretty nice one.

Thanks. I've always had an H and really liked the Super C's myself. My GF texted me one day and told me a guy had a Super C forsale a few streets over from her, so I drove over there and looked at it a few times, but the guy was NEVER home. I think it took me a solid month of stopping by to get ahold of him, I had to leave a note with my number LOL. It had sat in a barn for many years. He said the paint was a dealer repaint some many moons ago, but luckilly it always sat inside. It needs some TLC, rust in the tank bad, needed a serious tune up. some carb work, and it wasn't charging. But it has brand new rear tires, and the price I gave for it was barely what the tires would cost me, so I feel I got a pretty good deal. Did a good tune up on it, fixed some of the wiring, had the alternator rebuilt, and now she fires right up and purrs like a kitten. Still need to have the tank cleaned though. I slapped a clean tank off of a C on it for now. The Super C one is horribly rusted inside.

The Super "C" looks pretty good! Nice find! My brother had a 230 w/ cultivators. Sounds pretty good about now to be in a nice warm corn field instead of the snow. We are all itching to "get the RED out"! The "M" you posted in "wheel weights" seemed to have a different appearance.... will this SC ever have the same eye catcher?

looks nice.
I think you have a C fuel tank on there, based on
the slope of the hood on the left view. (nothing to
worry about)

Read two posts above yours  Thanks for the compliment!!

Nice tractor. Since we are both from Toledo I am sorry I missed out on her. Great tractor. Since you and your GF are into Farmalls I know a guy in Grand Rapids that has a horse show barn full of running Farmalls and you can spend hours looking at them. Let me know If you have sometime to go visit.

That would be AWESOME! Do you have his contact info? He doesn't mind guys coming out and checking them out? I'd be down to go out there for sure!!

I will look the info up today. He loves showing off his tractors. The stable barn is full of nothing but parts. I will contact him this weekend and see if it is ok but I would like to go out with you since it has been awhile and I know he has baought a few more since last time I was there

No problem man! I work Monday-Fridays but I'd love to go out there sometime on a Saturday or Sunday. Just mentioned it to the GF and she said she's down to go too. Shoot me an email when you find out. [email protected]
