Thanks Andrew,what about 444,424 M,A are they wet or dry?

444 and 424 are different animals, they might have engines made in Europe. If gasoline and similar to the A, B, C, 240, 340, engines, they (I think) are sleeveless design. IH took the 123 engine and cast it with integral bores to maximize the displacement.
The M and H are dry sleeve, an A is wet sleeve
