hey all i got my tractor running but its leakin water after ot warms up through the head gasket at the frount corner of the engine on the outside of the engine but theres also coolant in radiator so i'm sure theres coolant in the oil just havent checked yet.. is this common am i to look for a new head gasket?? should i have the head checked or planned or check tightness of head bolts and aluma seal powder in radiator??/ thanks for any advice

Tim, Pull the plugs, wad up a paper towel like a wick and carefully stick one end in plug hole one at a time. If you think you hit bottom wait a minute or so than remove and see if there is antifreeze on towel. If so you will have to judge the amount if very little or none I would retorque head. if alot you may have to replace gasket. Sometimes retorquing will stop the dripping in and out. oldiron29
