300 Farmal discharging

My 300 farmal is discharging. We've made sure all the wires are going to the correct places. And the mag is supposed to be rebuilt.

A lot more info is needed for us to be able you help you help your self. If it has a mag which I do not believe the 300 had then it doesn't even use battery power. Things like does it have a generator or an alternator and is it 6 or 12 volts. Things like that are needed for us to be able to help you.
Now if I where to guess and figuring it is 6 volt with a genny I would stay an bad or sticking V.R.

These should help. A mag has a built in coil a distributor has an external coil. a Mag in not connected to a charging system at all, a distributor is. Jim

My bad! Not mag, voltage reg. It's a 12volt.
