Spark Plug wrench for a 140

Hey guys I'm trying to get a spark plug out of a 140 to see if it is firing but I can't seem to find a socket that fits it. Does anyone know what size socket should work on a Farmall 140 spark plug?

Not all plugs have the same size hex. Are you sure your socket isnt too thick to fit the plug better do some serious cleaning around the plug then see which brand it is so you can get the correct socket.

It should take a 7/8" deep well socket unless someone has used one of those spark plug adapter things to allow using the smaller type plugs, in which case you would need a 13/16" deep well, or possibly a 5/8" deep well.

If your 140 has the correct plugs, it will take the 7/8"

as far as i know they all take a 7/8 socket but i could be wrong.

you can't use a 7/8 impact socket . it's got to be a regular thin wall .

well take the socket to the grinder and make it a thin wall socket. done that before.
