Hey guys,

I hate asking questions such as these, but.. I was asked by a non-internet using friend to help him out.

He picked up a set of round spoke F&H wheels with 36" tires on them, he said they were off of a F-20, and says the rims and tires are in great shape.

I haven't seen them yet, but I'm going to go take some pictures for him later this week and list them in the photo ads here on YT.. But, before I go through the trouble, I want to make sure his asking price and what they may be worth are somewhere close.. I don't want to list something for a grand that may only be worth $100.. Yet at the same time, I'd like to get him a fair price.

I have a "idea" what they might be worth. He said they also may fit a JD GP?? is that also a possibility? (I'm not too familar with any IH older than a H, and not really familiar with any JD)

Location: southeast lower Michigan

Thanks in advance.

Don't think 36" tires will fit in the fenders of a GP. The GP, F20, And WD Allis have the same bolt pattern and they "will fit" but F and H made different centers for each tractor with slightly different shape and off sets. need to see the tires to set a value.

Right, they will "fit" a GP and they will "fit" an
Allis WC. But I believe both the Allis and the Deere
would use 24 in, not 36. The 36 in wheels if they
are nice should be worth $500 for the pair. If they
have good tires you may want to add some for them.
New tires have gone up substantially and wheels
ain't much good without tires. On the other hand if
the tires are junk you need to take them off and
dispose of them or adjust your price downward.
Nobody wants junk tires.

Thanks guys..

It sounds like I better go have a look at em and get em listed for my friend.

I'm pretty sure he said they were 36" rubber (but sometimes he's slightly "confused".. He's a busy guy so he occasionally forgets and recalls)

Is there a way I can positively ID the wheels to know for sure what they'll fit? (be handy to know, before I go take the pictures for him)

Thanks,

Brad
