300 TA ???????

My 300 I just bought was hanging in gears had to push and pull shifter real hard to get in to netural. Adjusted clutches to spec. went to haul manure every thing seemed fine.Spread the load started out of the bottoms made it 3/4 way up engine pulled down so I pulled back on TA it made a loud grinding noise and would not go in. released lever. It still makes grinding noise except when going down hill or setting still in netural. Any ideas? Thanks and have a good day!!!

It sounds like the TA is cooked, make sure you have the TA Clutch adjusted correct. Also dont use the TA as a engine break, they will free wheel leading to more damage. Make sure it is adjusted first and go from there.
