decal recommendation

I am starting to think about restoring my 49' H. I want to get it as close to original as possible. who does everyone recommend for the decals? whose have all the proper decals as original and whose look close to original.

Any help is appreciated.

Maple-Hunter for IHC/Farmall decals are the best available. Their phone no. is 812-894-9759 and they will have the "Correct decals" for your 1949 H with no problem, Hal.

49 was the year they changed some of the decals on the H. I rebuilt a 49 H, #302903, and used a cheap set that was for early 49 and before. It looks good but is technically not "correct". I was unaware of this until I read Farmall Letter Series Originality Guide by Guy Fay. Good Luck!

I agree with Hal. Maple-Hunter has some of the best decals I have seen, and have great customer service. I have bought 2 sets from them, and have been very impressed.
