I'm looking at a 350 High Utility diesel. I'm thinking it's probably not too common. I'm weighing "rare" vs. my dislike of the appearance of the utilities in general. Any idea on the production numbers? The price is right.

I don't know the production numbers, my guess would be a couple of hundred diesels at the most, 10-20 at the least -- maybe. Only a few Hi Utilities were built, probably less than 1000, someone else might have the actual numbers, they might be on the WI historical site. If you don't like it, don't buy it. I don't buy tractors for an investment. The Continental diesel engine parts are hard to find. I have a 460 Hi Utility gas. Total production of those was 400+.

If it is in operating condition and has no tires it is worth 3000 minimum. It is a rare bird with value to someone else (a bit of profit for you) even if you do not like it. They are sweet tractors to operate, and i do like them. Jim

I think you should do another Super H, the last one turned out so nice I"d like to see another. Just my two cents. Whatever you pick I"m sure you"ll do a great job with it. Pat
