450 throttle slop

On my 450 the throttle lever comes almost half way down before the engine RPM's start to increase. Also after I pull a plow a couple passes and get it warmed up it doesnt seem like it idles back down to where it should. Also it seems like when Im pulling the plow it seems like it drops RPM's to easy. If i drop the plow at half throttle i can still rev it up so I dont think its overloaded. Could all of this be from governor spring or is there something else I should try. Thanks.

Our 450D had the small pin that is in the throttle lever itself get sloppy & worn. This is where it joins the throttle shaft near the steering wheel support. Worth a look. Don't know if gas & Diesel are the same--should be.
