IH combine motors

what is the bore and stroke size of the motor on a 715. Is the motor bigger on the 815 and if so what size. Is there a web site for this type of information.

This will get you started, but there were engine changes during some production runs, and I did not read completely to see if they are all there.

No engine common between these combines, 715 had gas 301 or D301 diesel, later had German D310, 815 was V304 or V345 gas V8, diesel was D407 on early, D414 on later, inline IH 6cyl diesel.

The 301 is bore 3 13/16 x 4 25/64 stroke.German diesel if it is a 358 3.875 x 5.06 or 310 3.875 x4.375 .The 815 used 361,407 and 414 diesel.The gas engines were V8.
