Farmall H Demo?

I have a farmall H with the serieal #307856xi It has a white front with a white stripe along the side. Did the h"s have demos? paint all look original. Any info on this would be great.

That paint scheme came out with the x50 series tractors. A lot of the older ones were repainted to match the current production back then.

It's not original. Someone painted it years ago to look like a 350. It was real common in the old days. Dealers always repainted used tractors the got on trades. and they most always painted them to look like the newer models.

That is a Farmall H with a number of oil leaks, I think.

Lots of the Hand M were painted that way in the late 50s there were no H demonstraters.

Yes, that white H is demonstrating what happens when a "restoration" is nothing more than a paint job. It's just amazing that no one has yet developed a paint that will seal up oil leaks.

Hey Zach,
That H ain't leaking, it's marking it's territory.
That Demo H guy forgot to paint the lights red. He had either a sense of humor or a twisted mind.
I never knew a Demo H came with front wheel weights...always learn something here.
