Charlynn PS Pump Reservoir Gasket

Can anyone give me ideas on a replacement gasket for the reservoir
lid? Eaton part # 745. Obsolete and Force America, etc not able to
find it or cross it. Any ideas?

You have the lid don't you? Now you'll need a pencil or pen, a knife or scissors, and some gasket material.

It is rubber and fairly thick. Not sure I could fab one.

It doesn't HAVE to be rubber, and thickness may not be important.

This is just a round lid held on with a wing nut, like an old automotive air cleaner, right?

If clearance turns out to be an issue, glue multiple layers of the thickest cork gasket material together with FormAGasket to get the thickness you need.
