Huge cast iron front wheels on f12?

Has anybody ever seen this type of wheels on an F12 front? More important, does anybody know what kind of rim goes on this monster? The only markings are cast into the inside of rim " F&H" and W274

Okay I posted the photo but I have no idea where it went.

The F&H is French and Hecht. They made aftermarket wheels. I haven"t seen hubs like the ones you posted. I"m sure someone will know what type of rim will work.

You might try Justin Weber of Weber Tractor Works or give Gordon Rice at Rice Equipment a call. They are very knowledgeable about the F series.

I was told that they are an adjustable wheel spacing hub, you can mount the rim to the outside or the inside. I have a set on my '35 F12, I always assumed that they used the original F12 rubber tire set up. I will have to take a closer look tomorrow in the daylight but I am pretty sure that they are a bolt and a wedge holding on a 15 inch rim

Thanks for the info. I don't suppose I could talk you into posting a close up of your rim, clamp, hub could I? So much better than going in blind. Once again thanks for the info.

Rim is a standard blank rim, 4x15 with 5.00 x 15 tires. Clamps are two identical pieces that are bent so that they clamp around the rim appear to be 1/2 flat iron with a 1/2 bolt that fits through the holes in the rim, I think that there were 5 sets per wheel. No Power in building that tractor is parked in so it might be a few days till i can be home during the day to get you a pic.

No worries. I really appreciate everything you've done already. I don't have any of the clamps so I'll fabricate some when I get some decent weather. If you get a chance to snap a pic that would be awesome but I understand situation. None of our out buildings have power. Once again thanks.

I have used the brakes to walk rubber front H out of muddy fields many times but wheels like you pictured would sink instantly in soft field.
To my eyes the only thing they would be useful for is counter balance on hard suface.

F&H is not necessarily aftermarket. Quite a few manufacturers used F&H hubs and wheels as original equipment.
