Leisner Hand Clutch Quesions

I have a Farmall Supe H with a Leisner Hand clutch. I don"t know anything about it, the handle moves back and fourth, but nothing happens. How do you use it, what type of grease or oiul do you put in it. Thanks!

Never heard a Leisner hand Clutch...Can you post a pic?M-Ws only use a small amt of hitemp grease in the 'cam'.is it out of adjustment?or are trhere broken parts?take it apart and find out.

I took the 4 bolts off and took the cover off. No broken parts. I start the tractor, ingage the PTO and I move the handle back and fourth, nothing works. How do I add a picture here?

I'm not familiar with it, but the name is "Heisler", and I'm not sure I spelled it right, either.
