Can a 2pt fast hitch off of a row crop 560 or 450 be put on a W560, or do you need to take off the back part of the platform to make it fit, if at all, thanks Joe

You have to take off the platform and drawbar depending which style it has on it.

Not my tractor but I had to save the picture. Looks like the owner added some bracing to rear of fender. Someday I will put the fenders I have on my 660 w/FH.

Does look like the same caliber of your modifications, Wardner. In the good way.
As nice as it looks, mounting the platform looks like a beginner's yoga class. Still much better seat access than some of the add on after-market attachments put on pre-60s Farmalls however (and some IH mounted equipment as well). Might be worth adding handles and steps, and shifting the seat one way and a fender another. Converting to front/side entry might be an option when appearance is not a priority.
I've seen my 60 some year old dad miss the steps while exiting a 56 series more than once so I think about operator access more often than others.
