Yes. Says right in the ad "made in france"

I don't think IH imported any of them over here to the U.S., so that particular one must have been brought over by a collector in recent years.

The C and Super C tractors were not made in the UK only the M wich was made at IH Doncaster works as the BM. The C and Super C tractors were made in France as FC and Super FC. A diesel engine version was offerd use a German IH diesel engine. The German diesel engine is the forerunner of the UK built diesel engine in the B250 and B275 tractors. MJ
 
Tom, Yes those frame weights come up for sale frequently but are highly sought after and not cheap. I got mine at the Mansfield, Ohip, RPRU and I knew of at least 4 pairs at that show. Don't know if you plan on attending this year's event in Albert Lea, Minnesota or not but certainly a good place to look for a pair. Good luck and you'll find some, Hal.
 
I like the size of that battery box. Also, along with the 3 point arms, there is a very different control in front of the seat base. Wondering if that is all original.
 
I' got those weights on my SC, got 'em from Steiner's maybe ten years ago. I've watched 'em come and go from the paper and online catalogs, but they're showing them online right now. If the link works, they're pictured in the middle, three rows down. Hold your breath, they do come dear.

If the link shouldn't work, you can go to Steiner's website and search on "SuperC saddle weights". Part#s IHC342R and L for right and left sides.

IIRC, they're about 85# apiece.
