C264 Engine Head

Hi Guy's I'm working on a W400 with a C-264 engine. Block part #356980R2 Ser.#167278 looking for a head that will fit the head i have is cracked.The head # 362174R1 can not a casting # on it.The parts book dose not list the number that are on the head or block. What head number will fit but be close to oringal.Found one but he said the cacting number is differnt.what would the casting number be on my head 356980R2
any help would be very helpfull

Heads off SM/SMTA/W6/400/450 will all interchange, replacement or original, just use complete with valves, lot of different casting numbers, valves should have part numbers on them original from IH, basically all gas had castings start with 80/85 on early M/SM, then 36 on 400/450, last casting began with 70, this was a parts dept replacement for all gas engines, came with valves & springs assembled.

these people do a great job repairing heads , it may be a whole lot less . don't settle for a 8060 head or the others off M's
