Does anyone know what my SC engine came out of?

I was told this casting number is not correct for a 1952 Super C. I've tried searching for this number, but can't come up with anything. Does anyone know what this was out of? 200? 230? Combine? Power Unit?

366204 R3 also has a dipstick under the oil filter.

If the plate that covers the cam lobe for the fuel pump has no been used chances are it came from a 55W Baler. Those had a clutch but i talked to a fellow who took one from a combine and hand drilled it for the pilot bearing said it took a while but it worked for him. I have on rite now came in an A and will take the 3 1/4 sleeves so for 53.00 per hole ill have 135cu in hi-dome. Sure should work well in the garden. I will use the place for the hy pump and then use the hy for something.

Without looking to be sure, I think that was used as a replacement block for a SC at one time by IH. Also think it was used in like 100, 200 or maybe 130, 230. Think I remember a serial # break for engine blocks on 2 of those models.

My parts CD lists the 366204 crankcase for a Super C. It also shows that number for the 200 tractor. The parts CD is updated to show what part to order if you need it. Usually there is a note to say what part no it replaces, but I did not see that. I suspect that your tractor had the engine block replaced at sometime. I think your crankcase may not be original, but it is correct as a replacement for the original.
