Super AV Front Axle Pivot Shaft Worn

I have the pivot shaft out of the front end of a Super AV. The shaft is worn pretty bad. What have you guys done in the past to try and fix this?

Can you buy a new one? Do you have a machine shop turn it? What recommendations can you make?

www.external_link has good used ones. The bushings can be replaced by a machine shop, or CaseIH might still have them.

Its just a piece of 1in thats full on each end but turned a little under in between for grease clearence. Im laid up in the house with knee replacement or i could mike out a replacement i have ready for a rebuild down at the shop with big snowbanks from yesterdays snow. You need the grouve on each end for the bolt that locks it in place.
