Neighbor has his fathers approx 1964 IH diesel utility tractor with 2000 loader. Its in barn and surronded by junk so is hard to look over well. Only tag found is 606D with looks like s-ff stamped in alumium on right side under fuel sediment bowl. It has 6 cylinder motor and a whoope--de do lever(TA). Any help is needed. Thanks Bill

It looks to be a 2606 industrial.
The S is for Torque amplifier, the FF is for a 4.5GPM hydraulic pump (lowest output of all those found)
