International Industrial 3514

I am helping someone with this International Industrial 3514 tractor, as it will only move in the lowest range & gear. Otherwise it seems to have a bad / slipping clutch. Now I know this tractor came with three different options for transmissions: Hydrostatic, Torque Converter and Forward Reverser. I have read a lot about these tractors not moving with the hydrostatic option. It appears this tractor has the Forward Reverser option as there is only one pedal on the left side and there is a forward / reverse lever on the left side. The clutch appears to be a regular mechanical clutch. Can't really tell at this point if it's a two stage or single. Does anyone know if there is more involved than a regular mechanical clutch with the Forward / Reverser option? There is no PTO in this tractor, though the owner does have the unit and would like it installed. The serial number tag is pretty well wiped out but I can see a prefix of “W” at the serial number location.
This leads to several questions: Does anyone know if the clutch problem could be related to hydraulics, such as a slave cylinder, etc? Also any ideas about the best way to split this tractor. There was a full cab which has been removed. It seems the best split may be unbolting the frame from the rear axle and rolling the back of the tractor out. Obviously this will be a bunch of work to remove what’s needed to let this roll out. Any other ideas about splitting?
Thanks in Advance,
Jim

This tractor was only sold by IH CE, this line was bought by Komatsu/Dresser, no AG tractor like it, transmission was the big difference in these compared to a 504 series ag tractor, I was around them somewhat but didnt know of the 3 trans options, we sold a 3414 to our city but we had get it from CE dealer.
