Just wonderin g what a loose, T-20 with belt pulley, and rest of the tractor is there with side curtains is worth?

Family friend has one for sale that ran a few years ago, tracks will need some work, sheet metal is all there and straight, all complete. I think it will start with little work. How much work is it to fix the tracks? cost?
