I like stuff original and would appreciate info as to the spec of the hydraulic cylinder -which was an extra cost option- for the IH fast-hitch model 200 blade. I have an information sheet but no _ X _ hydraulic spec is given. Thanks in advance for any input.

In the other thread I called Mark Peters and he verified his Farmall 240 which is a little earlier then mine in 1958, the first year of production for the model, had an engine no. greater then 65001. Also, Jim Becker lent us his historial expertise and noted all 140's and 240's had the later engine. We can put that one to sleep for now.
If you would like please send me an email contact as you seem to have the same "love afair" with the 2 pt. fast hitch system and implements as a few of us. This would permit us to share and exchange information off forum if you would like. My email is: [email protected]. Thanks and I certainly appreciate your participation with the rest of us mid-size Farmall folks with the 2 points, Hal.

Do you mean the model 200 blade and not a front mounted blade for a 200 Farmall? I have 200 Blade and I have the old style 3x8 2 way cylinder which came with my 560 to change the angle from the seat. Works great or I have the bar to adjust the angle manually with pins.

hayshaker 5; yup, the fast-hitch/two-point rear blade. I got this one about three weeks ago and the hydraulic cylinder for angling the blade is kaput. I like's 'em like the olden days and wonder what would have been the vintage size cylinder. I've got the fellows phoney number to ask him is he would have the old adjustable bar as off I went w/o thinkin' about that, dummy me. He stated at one time he had a blade for every farm - three.
