Here are some pics of the 544 Hydro I purchased. It was a work in progress as the gentleman who purchased it to restore has past away. C200 gas was stuck and needs rebuilt, 3555 hrs on the meter, came from a pecan orchard in Las Cruces NM

Ineed to find stock hubs and rims for it. The dish rims and terra tires are worth more than I paid for the whloe tractor which is 450.00

I'm hoping to clean the axles off, instead of replacing them. After close inspection it appears they didn't burn real deal into the axle and I have no intention on pushing the stock hubs out past where the weld "heat" may have weakened the shafts. I don't know why they did it this way but the right rear is welded differently then the left rear which is on the inside and only about 2" long

those look like long axles. Maybe worst case you could cut them off and they might still be as long as the standard axles.

Longer axles? was that an option? Seems like the more I find out about this project tractor the more I like it. I was going to put it off till next winter, but maybe I'll get started on it this spring. I will measure th lenght on the shafts and post
