Fast Hitch implement interchangability?

Hello!

Would a fast hitch implement off of a Farmall Super C fit an IHC Model 340?

Ibelieve you would need a set of spacer plates to fit under the prongs. I think the C prongs are not as deep (verttically) as the larger tractor ones.

Roger is right, Super Cs and 200 use a small point hitch and 300 on up use a large point. filler plates are easy to make and work fine.

Hello!
Thank you for the advice! Is a spacer basically a shim that would "slide in" to the fast hitch cavity below the sickle's arms, that would hold the fast hitch arms in place?

Yep, find yourself 2 pieces of 1/2"thick X 1" wide by about a foot long steel and about a half inch in from either end, drill a 1/4" hole the long way thru the steel.Drive a 1 1/2" X 1/4" roll pin in the hole so it`s equally spaced out each side. This will keep it from sliding out the front of the fast hitch socket when you have the implement mounted.
