First picture is of Grandpa and my aunt sometime in the spring/summer of '51. The tractor was new in late '49.
Second picture was in June of 08. Grandpa had came by to help out with a couple things. My son Gabriel was excited to be envolved!
Next picture was in Sept. of 2010. I had just finished the restoration a couple days before. Grandpa had a stroke in June of 2010. His mind was still very clear. I asked him that day if it looked better than the day he bought it new. His reply was "No, you have no idea what this tractor meant to me at that time." I didn't take offense, I knew exactly what he meant. This was his first tractor and it forever changed his life.

Seth; I don't like the third picture - not a single person wearing bib overalls! Nice tractor though and the family photo - if not already, it will be priceless in years to come. Tbar; great post idea, ya done good. Now I gotta do me some photo digging this weekend.

Seth, Love that picture. Dad had someone come and strip bluegrass when I was about 6 years old. First ones in a picture I have seen. One brand of them were built in Kansas City.

Guys those are nice multi-generation pictures posted. This makes me want to dig up some pictures of my grandfather and father on their tractors.

Thanks!
