Charlin Pump

I have a Charlin Pump I would like to install on an IH 1944A. Does anyone have a manual for this pump and where to get parts. What grade of non detergent oil does this pump use? Thanks for your help.

Char_lynn (an Eaton company) is still in business. To have any luck finding a manual or data you will need a model and serial number. They are very high quality and provide years of service if the oil is clean and the pump is mounted square and held firmly. Best of luck. Jim

We had a Charlyn pump on our 1940 JD A at home when I was a lad. I never saw a manual but I do remember that my Dad used SAE 10 non detergent oil in the pump. I would think that any non-foaming hydraulic oil would be fine. Good luck. Dale

I got a manual from them and they have parts. They also have a site just look them up.
