farmall 706 gas

hi, I was wondering how many bottom plow a farmall 706 gas could handle? thanks

should pull 4-16" just about anywhere.. 5 bottom is to much plow.

12' would be just about right for it

That question depends on soil type(heavy or light-irrigated or dryland),and altitude(your tractor will have less power at higher altitudes).2 bottoms to 5 bottoms.

I pulled a old pull type case 4-14 with mine and not very fast . If I was going out to buy a plow for it I would look for a Oliver 3-16 semi mount , neighbor has a set and they pull real nice . Put you a gas tank at both ends of the field .
