how do you change brakes on an IH W-6?
cant get to them without raising the tractor up,
cant get to them even laying down underneath,

ohhh yea its a 6,
ok Mc cormick W-6
51 model, super W-6 option's,
the brake cans are in front of the axle like M's, and H's,
cant get to themwithout reaching in and then not being able to get a hold of them without falling forward and getting frustrated,

If you're going to make no bones about it, so will I.

Sounds like you're fat and/or old.

"falling forward" is typical of someone who's out of shape, or suffering from the effect of time.

Hey, don't get mad at me for calling it like it is.

You've either got to find a younger/thinner person to do the job, or come up with a clever way to get around your limitations.

Real hard to get in there. I think you need to take the rear rims and tires off the hubs. With the tires and rims off, then you can get to the brakes. That's what I did on my I-6. The I-6 is even more difficult than the W-6 since it has a narrower tread.
