International Cub 184 rear engine seal

No. Remove the driveshaft by loosening the 2socket head set screws on transmission U joint. Remove driveshaft and throwout bearing. Use a 3/4 inch wrench to remove tension from the idlers on PTO drive belts and remove belts. Re move three capscrews from the 2 groove pulley that drives the PTO. You may have to turn the engine just so so for the drive sheave to come out. Remove the capscrews in the clutch pressure plate. Remove the bolts that fasten the flywheel to the crankshaft. Its not a real difficult job but small hands and patience help. If you need torque specs for the flywheel capscrews I can look them up for you, my shopmanual
is at the shop and not handy now. Joe

Thanks Joe for the help. These forums are great tool. I bought this 184 this fall and I want to have in good shape by spring. It is a 1980 model.
