Value of Farmall M

We have a 1941 Farmall M with a Jayhawk trip loader. It has almost new tires on rear and fairly good tires on the front. It has one set of wheel weights on the rear. It was originally a duel fuel tractor but a gas manifold had been installed on it. It has a 6-volt system but probably should have a 12-volt system installed. The engine is in pretty good shape, it does not smoke. Tin is in pretty good shape and it has pretty good paint on it. We are located in the midwest. What would be a good asking price for this tractor?

If you want to move it quickly, price it at $1,000

I sold my M last year. It was pretty similar to yours. Mine was a 41, good tires, it ran well, but no loader. It did have a new alt., and a newly rewired, working 12 volt conversion. I was asking 1400 for about 3 months. I sold it for the best offer I got, $1250.
