300U fast hitch crank

Does anyone have a good picture or a diagram of what the leveling crank for the 300U fast hitch should look like? Gonna try to make my own, it doesn"t need to be perfect just good enough to look right. Dad"s is broke off right at the gear box.

Thanks for the diagram, I assume it came from CNH website? I don't know why I didn't check there. I usually go there right away.

I think the crank is available from C&I. I don't have their link but I think you will find it searching on this forum.
