I have a B IH I have spark all the way to rotor. But no spark to plug wires. I put on new wires, rotor, cap and mag cap

well could be weak condenser or weak coil. What kind of wires are you using? They should be stranded copper core plug wire.

Did you inadverdently change the rotor timing, the spindle for rotor has marks on it for R and L rotation, B is Right and drive gear has a cut on tooth to align it. That could well be your problem. I am assuming magneto ignition.
