was wondering if any body knows if they are a rebuild kit for the hydralic pump that is between the distributor and motor housing then the big hydralic valve body that sits on top of the transmission

There is no rebuild kit for the pump. You can "freshen" the pump with an O ring and seal kit from your friendly Case IH dealer for about $80. If you go to the parts section of Caseih.com you can look your tractor and then pump up and the seal kit #. I don't think the kit is offered anymore persay, but a decent parts guy can piece it together off the kit parts listing.
I haven't ever had to work on the valve.
