Cub Loboy rear light bracket

I was wondering if anyone would have a picture or a good clear description of how the pictured part is installed on the tractor? The part is listed as "bracket, rear light extension", and is for Loboys only, not regular Cubs. My Loboy as originally equipped had a pan seat and fast hitch. I am returning the fast hitch but changing to a deluxe seat. The rear light and seat were not on the tractor when purchased. My worry is the light conflicting with either the new seat frame or the fast hitch.

Merry Christmas, Jim! That must be a slightly different manual than I have as the pages do not match. Can't make it out real well in the pics but it appears to be just the way I thought it would go. If I use it the light will hit the bottom of the deluxe seat frame I put on the tractor. So guessing I better be careful with the FH when I mount it. Either going to have to make some adjustment to the light or eliminate it from the picture. :(

The light should end up slightly behind the seat frame. The slotted hole in the bracket may give you some range of adjustment in the light position. In any case, you may have to leave the light pointed a bit down (which you generally want anyway).

Quite a few guys have mounted the seat farther back than the original position. If you did that, you will probably have additional interference with the light. You may be able to make a modified version of the bracket in your picture to move the light back a little more and make it all fit. I suppose it would be possible to use a bracket to mount the light below the Fast-Hitch rockshaft. The light can be mounted bottom side up to simplify doing that.

I've never had a Lo-Boy with both Fast-Hitch and deluxe seat so I haven't faced this situation.
