SWD9 sleeves

I just finished removing a bad sleeve from my Super9. I bent the 3/4" thick puller plate, Needed a 4' cheater pipe on my 1 1/2" wrench to break it loose and get it out. Are they always that tight? I am thinking of honing the hole just a bit to clean it up before installing the new sleeve. Will I screw up my block? Is ther a magic formula used when installing such tight sleeves? Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Merry Xmas to all WOpp

i wouldnt hone the cylinder, just clean it up with a scotchbrite. freeze the sleeves overnite in the freezer, it makes them a lot easier to install. you can lubricate the bore with kerosene or diesel fuel before installing the sleeve.
