my 460 gas is being a pain I have a loader on it and every time i take my foot of the clutch i have to play with the choke to keep it running how do I fix that and the carb has been rebuilt

Max power from that carb is 5 turns out. Not saying that will cure it, but you are too lean. You could also have restricted flow anywhere from the tank to the screen in the carb inlet.

This past summer had the same problem. Discovered I had poor gas flow from the tank to the carburetor. Removed the line at the carburetor and blew air back into the tank (temp. fix). Tractor ran good after that. Winter project is to remove tank & clean.

Just because you "had the carburetor rebuilt" doesn't mean it was done RIGHT. Anyone can make a mistake.

If choke makes it run better, that indicates a fuel problem.

I believe the s c r e w you want to adjust is the one near the bottom of the carburetor, pointing forward.

When was the last time you cleaned the sediment bowl?

Also, fuel delivery problems will quite often mimic ignition problems, and the opposite is also true, so don't rule out a weak ignition coil, or points in need of replacement, and yes, pulling out the choke will mask a weak ignition coil.
