Go the your Case/IH dealer. I just bought one 6.00 dollars, same price as O.E.M. I'm not sure but the later 300/400 keys might have changed.

Looks like the one I have for our 300 and 400. OEM has them.

That key is used in other equipment too. There are 2 - make sure you get the rite one. When holding the key as you would use it - 1 has a curve to the right and the other curves to the left.
I am sure as I have and use both just about every day.
