Correct IH Blue Paint

Can someone furnish me some numbers of the correct IH blue paint. Need to know for a #70 plow. Also, who has decals for this plow.

Just happened to be the corporate paint color choice of the times for certain components. IHC colors have changed many times over the years. Some of the many different corporate colors used have included; green, blue, black, yellow, cream, orange, and red as well as some I have skipped. Same as asking why are JD's green and yellow.

If you want to have it mixed at your local automotive paint dealer ,the DuPont # is 24160. Most automotives will put it in spray cans for you if you desire. Not the cheapest route, but will last a long time and it looks right.I used to get my plow decals from Maple-Hunter Decals in Indiana. If you`re interested, let me know and I`ll find their number for you. Mark

My local Ace Hardware has a line of farm equipment paints in spray cans, including "International Blue." Store brand.

Don't know if it's the correct color or not but I used it to paint the blue parts on my #8 plow.
