354 fuel bowl

anybody know where i can get a new or used glass fuel bowl for a 354 international diesel tractor. bought one several years ago and it was the only one i could find then and the place must have went out of business i cant find there sight no more it was called hesse's

Hi, if CaseIH cannot supply one, you could check with your local MF dealer or Diesel shop that works on Perkins Diesel Engines as they used the same CAV fuel filters. Also Allis Chalmers used some Perkins engines.

can this be bypassed. and just put on an inline filter?

Hi, I would not recommending bypassing a Diesel fuel filter and installing an inline gas type filter.
The present filter is designed so any collected water will collect in the bottom of the glass bowl and can be drained off. One drop of water in an injection pump is many $$ to repair.
