Super K loader on a 766 International?

I've got a 766 I use for moving snow, and have a chance at a Koyker Super K loader. I'm not sure if it'll fit, and haven't driven down to take a look at it yet, but I was wondering if anyone else had mounted a similar loader on their internationals? Thanks everyone!!

Every Koyker loader I have seen around here had a lot of repair welds on it.

Look it over good for cracks.

Do you know what tractor it was mounted on previously?

Unless it's off a "large frame" International, preferably a 66 or 86 series, the brackets will not fit your tractor.

If you were to buy the loader with the wrong brackets, you would need to build your own brackets. That takes time, and you probably want/need the loader NOW, right?

Frankly, I haven't seen many old loaders that weren't welded, regardless of brand. They fatigue and break even with "normal" use, though not many are used normally...

Yes. That is my observation also.

It came off a 656 I believe, so it was a "small" frame tractor. It actually looks pretty straight, minimal welds. I had a super K loader on a Minneapolis Moline M-5 and it was a good loader, but the M-5 is a smaller tractor than my 766. Just not sure if I could make it work on the "large frame" 66 series.

Ask the seller if there were any spacers between the tractor and the brackets.

If so, then it will probably bolt right on to the 766 without the spacers.

We had a 2350 loader on a 560, then moved it to the 756, then the 1066. All the holes for the front brackets lined right up.

If you're good with a torch and welder, and maybe have some extra iron lying around, you can make it fit. The question is, do you want to? There are better loaders than the koyker out there, and you might even find one that will fit without modifications.

Same guy has a K5 and a couple farmhand F11s laying around. While I know the F11s wouldn't fit without major fabricating, and the K5 he's looking at like 4500 bucks and it's a used loader. My old 766 probably isn't worth that! I'll probably just have to keep my ear to the ground and hopefully find a decent loader with large frame IH mounts.

Off topic, but does anyone know how difficult it is to mount a cab on my 766? Sick of getting snow powder blown in my face every time I have to clean the yard.

I'll have to do that, don't need anything fancy for pushing snow, just something that works. A 2350 on a 560? Isn't that kindof like the tail wagging the dog?

Did some measuring, I don't know if it'll fit. I think I'm just going to keep my eyes out for a different loader I know will fit. THanks everyone!
