Yup the mechanic and i took the advise given here along with help from better red than dead store and the 460 Diesel Runs!!! All it took was 1/2 turn on the adjustment for the advance and it cleaned up and runs Great!!! Thanks!!!! Bud.

Good to hear. You would not believe all the injection nozzles that have been gone over when all that is wrong is a load advance that needs an adjustment. Of course the best way to adjust is on the dynamometer so you know it retards corredtly under load but I have adjusted tons of them by just watching them through a timing window and bumping the throttle from low speed to high speed and see that they retard a little when reving up.
