Farmall H no load engine miss/kinda long

Got a problem with my H since I bought it,it has a no load miss & will run correctly on a little pull or when you open throttle & about 30 seconds after you start it. a little info on what i have done, it had a cracked head, but ran same way when i bought it.
had another head reconditioned,Pressure checked block, adjusted valves, rechecked clearance at least 3 times, carb. actually i have an extra carb & rebuilt both, same on both. new plugs twice now have 3116 Autolites in it, new points, condenser, wires, cap & rotor, switched dist with a buddy, no help.
checked cam lobes,O.K. it has aftermarket manifold on it, i took it off & checked for internal cracks with water. seems ok. no leaks.
checked around new manifold gaskets many times for leaks. Also after running a short time the 2 outside plugs are firing good, but 2 inside ones are all sutted up. Anymore ideas guys?

Are the spark plugs fouling because of oil, or over fueling? Also, I never liked 3116 plugs. Maybe try a set of 386 or 388 if you like autolites, or D19 or D21 for champions. The higher number of both being the hotter plug.

If it were mine (and i had invested as much time in it as you) I would replace the manifold with a IH used original. Though it would not be the easiest replace to check solution, it would make sure the manifold was distributing fuel correctly. I assume the load screw has been adjusted to attampt to clear it up with no success. Jim

The 2 inside plugs being sooted while the 2 outside plugs are clean tells me something, but I'm not sure yet what it is telling me. The manifold has only 2 intake runners. One of the runners feeds cylinders 1 and 2, and the other runner feeds cylinders 3 and 4, or in other words, each runner feeds an outside as well as an inside cylinder, so I don't think the manifold is at fault. (I could be wrong)

My little pee brain is telling me that maybe there is a problem with the exhaust valves on the 2 inside cylinders? Maybe they are not closing completely? Or adjusted incorrectly?

My thoughts also keep coming back to the possibility of a worn distributor, and yes, I know you already tried a different distributor, but I still can't rule it out.

Thanks Guys! The manifold is my next idea, Son has been looking for a Original IH one, Had a friend who had an aftermarket Manifold that was made wrong. We have tried everthing, also compression is good & even around 100 on all cyls. carb is adjusted correctley many times, have some good farmall mechanics around here,(I Think) & they are stumped. Have always prided myself by making these old tractors run, this has got me stumped. thanks again for your help.

Also the aftermarket manifold, probably Chinese is the one that fits a H & super H, plus others that has the bigger carb. intake hole with bolt slots for a bigger carb. Thanks
