Anybody from Canada on here, EH? The customer has a 624 and local dealers (we checked 2) here in Ohio do not have any parts books or manuals. Need to talk to someone. Thanks in advance. J.

Hi, I am from Canada. Don't have any real experience on 624 but do on the engine a D-206. There were a couple of neighbours that had 624s and cousin had 824.

Ask away, I will try to answer. Bernard le Mechano would used to visit this site probably had lots of experience on these German models.

Thanks for the reply. The engine is not the problem. It does not move and if it is not the clutch then we need to find a parts book and a shop book to beg borrow or steel. J.

Does that tractor have the agri-matic transmission? If so then i would say that the bands inside the agira-matic part of the transmission have burnt outta it. I had a 724 and the same thing happened to it. Cost way more to fix than the tractor was worth. Needless to say i dont have it anymore (never did like that damn thing)

Remember our discussions on the Hardie sprayer?
I'm from The Netherlands and may be able to source a manual for a 624 for you since it is a Neuss built tractor and was sold in The Netherlands too.
Just let me know; e-mail is open.

A friend of mine here in the UK bought one of these tractors from the USA earlier this year. If the agrimatic transmisson is faulty the first thing to check for blocked filters as transmission parts are hard to find. The 624 was not imported into the UK but the smaller 523 was. MJ
